Avery and Brian are a father/son music duo who began performing together in 2018. Avery first showed an interest in singing when he performed in his elementary school’s first grade talent show. At the age of 10 he asked about playing the bass guitar, partly inspired by a popular Imagine Dragons song.

Their musical style falls in the realm of alternative pop rock. They combine cross-generational influences by the likes of The Police, U2, and Foo Fighters to Imagine Dragons, Twenty One Pilots, and The Killers. The 80s influence, obviously, from the father’s catalog of favorites. In fact, Brian had no idea who Imagine Dragons or Twenty One Pilots were before being introduced by Avery.

Typically performing with two other musicians they offer unique interpretations of recent and older hits. With the inclusion of synthesizer, rhythmic bass and drums, dynamic rhythm guitar, and layered harmonies cover songs retain their brilliance, with hopefully something extra.
